In honor of Australia Day, January 26, we bring you our interview with fifth-generation winemaker Stephen Carl Henschke. We sat down with Stephen last October, so our interview means all the more to us now as we’ve learned that several of his vineyards and the majority of the upcoming vintage were destroyed in the ongoing bush fires.
