Woven into all that “red” flavor are exotic spices, notes of earth, and wild mushrooms. The best Willamette Valley Pinot Noirs have both coolness and warmth…like laying a cool hand on your warm skin. The Burgundian Drouhin family came to the Willamette Valley in 1987 and are now making some of the best wines in Oregon.
