Amount (in U.S. dollars) that the famous American chef Thomas Keller recently spent on a kitchen and wine cellar remodel for his renowned Napa Valley restaurant The French Laundry. The renovation was carried out by the architecture and design firm Snohetta which also recently completed the $300+ million expansion of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
