Percentage reduction in the fatigue and cracking of asphalt pavements when grape pomace is added to asphalt. Pomace is the mass of solids remaining after the juice is pressed from grapes for wine production. Asphalt undergoes a process of oxidation over time, becoming stiffer and more prone to cracking.
