Annual sales of pumpkin spiced products topped $511 million in 2019 and Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latte currently has 90,000 followers on Twitter. Of course, pumpkin spice has no pumpkin in it. What it does have is: ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and, sometimes, cardamom.
