Average pre-arrival price (in U.S. dollars) of a case of 2015 Château Pétrus, the world’s most famous merlot. Unlike most of its neighbors on the Right Bank of Bordeaux, Pétrus is usually 100% merlot. The 2015—which was given extremely high scores by critics—will be available in 2018.
