The percentage of sugar in Spain’s famous dessert wine Pedro Ximénez, making it one of the sweetest wines in the world. The extremely dark mahogany colored wine is so dense and syrupy it is sometimes poured over ice cream. A surreal flavor experience PX, as is it known, tastes of black figs, dark plump raisins, espresso and some wicked version of Christmas pudding. Gran Reserva PXs from the 1950s can still be found for sale.
