Value (in U.S. dollars) of wine recently stolen from the Parisian restaurant Maison Rostang. The wine-savvy thieves chose top bottles including Pétrus and Domaine de la Romanée Conti. The heist recalls one in New York City several decades ago except that those robbers unwittingly took multiple cheap French wines believing the French labels to be superior to the priceless aged Napa Valley wines they left behind.
