Number of acres of vines planted in Pritchard Hill’s famed Stagecoach Vineyard, the largest contiguous vineyard in the Napa Valley. Earlier this year, this rocky hillside vineyard, planted mostly with cabernet sauvignon, was purchased in its entirety by E & J Gallo, the world’s largest family-owned wine company. Dr. Jan Krupp bought the site in 1995, and had been selling grapes to more than 90 wineries.
