Percentage increase in sales of hot sauces and spicy dipping sauces exported from the U.S. over the last ten years. Exports of traditional U.S. condiments like ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard rose by 67%. According to the USDA, exports of U.S. hot sauces hit $715.7 million last year. The top three markets for U.S. hot sauces are Canada, Japan, and (coals to Newcastle) Mexico.
