Score recently achieved by ChatGPT on the Master Sommelier’s Introductory Sommelier Course and Examination. The bot uses artificial intelligence (AI) to answer questions posed to it. (Although its answers aren’t always correct). Ever since the newest GPT-4 version, owned by OpenAI, became widely available several weeks ago, it has come under scrutiny for the ethics of using it. Alas, since ChatGPT can’t drink wine, it can’t fully pass.
