Cents made by women who hold full-time, year-round jobs in the wine business for every dollar paid to men, according to a multi-industry report by Western Management Group. But the picture depends on the job title: when it comes to winery presidents and vineyard managers, the data show women make as much, if not more, than men. By comparison, 2019 U.S. Census data indicate women across all industries make an average of 82 cents to the dollar men are paid.
