James Bond was either lucky or had impeccable taste (or both), because if there’s a brand of Champagne you’d want to drink over and over again, it’s Bollinger. In my recent blind tastings, Bollinger Champagnes have come out on top by a wide margin. This particular limited edition cuvée—made for the new Bond film called Spectre—is both mineraly and creamy, with a sense of cold precision like mountain air in winter…and a simply luscious complexity of flavors.
