The remaining 36 states exist in a frustrating Dark Ages, severely restricting how wine can be bought. The “enlightened” 14: Alaska, California, D. of Columbia, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, N. Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, W. Virginia and Wyoming.
